The Western Australian Aboriginal Leadership Institute is happy to announce the appointment of Damian Tapley as Chief Executive Officer.
Damian has a background as an executive leader in a large international leadership development organization. More recently, he has been responsible for establishing the presence of a men’s wellbeing organization across Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Damian loves to make people feel known so they can relax, breathe deeply, and access their strengths. He is an eager learner of culture and seeks to bridge cultural gaps and celebrate the unique richness within cultures. He is committed to seeing people grow, inspiring them to help those around them grow as well.

“I’m eager to see WAALI grow and serve Aboriginal people so they can be best prepared to serve and grow themselves, their families, and their community. It’s been great to see the impact WAALI’s current programs are having, and I look forward to seeing an expansion of new programs that will serve Aboriginal people across Western Australia.”
